They are looking for a seasoned healthcare Project Manager to join their team and lead their most complex and high-profile projects.
Job Description
Lead and manage all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation to closure. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring any potential issues are resolved promptly. Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion. Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met. Oversee the quality control process, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, motivating team members and encouraging professional growth. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned with the team. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Real Estate Project Management or Design. Substantial experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing healthcare projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams across multiple locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent). PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is highly preferred. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail. What's on Offer
