Job Description

Lead and manage the entire development process for multifamily projects from concept through completion.Identify and assess potential development sites, performing due diligence and feasibility analysis.Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to guide the project design and ensure alignment with company goals.Develop detailed financial models, including proformas, budgets, and project cash flow forecasts.Manage the entitlement process, including obtaining necessary approvals and permits from local authorities.Collaborate with general contractors and oversee construction to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and community leaders.Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the development process.Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management and investors.Stay informed on market trends, zoning laws, and government regulations affecting multifamily development.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on multifamily projects.Strong financial acumen, including experience with proformas, budgets, and financial modeling.Knowledge of local zoning, land use laws, and entitlement processes.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in real estate development software and tools (e.g., Argus, Excel, project management software).Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.What's on Offer
