Responsibilities In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory, while resolving customer complaints effectively and ensures patrons adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Provide information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery. Assist patrons by checking out equipment and providing safety instructions. Demonstrate the use of new equipment and teach related classes. Plan, conduct, publicize, and arrange support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: Work experience which involved dealing with the general public. HIGHLY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: Highly skilled and knowledgeable engraver with experience and expertise in engraving tools and machinery. Proficient in design software, to include Corel Draw X6 (16), Adobe Photoshop elements, with strong vector graphic conversion abilities. Exceptional attention to detail in creating intricate designs on various materials. Excellent customer service skills, capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes. *Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed in criteria above to be considered for this job position. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
