Exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join the Trust Administration, and Probate team at the Soto Law Group, APC located in Newport Beach, CA. The successful candidate will be expected to assist in trust administration, drafting of court documents, conducting research, interviewing clients, and managing a case docket. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive paralegal assistance for trust administration, probate, and trust litigation support • Collect facts, and personal data from clients • Assist attorneys with all aspects of Trust Administration, Probate, and Trust Litigation • Respond to opposing counsel's queries • File necessary documents with the court • Ensure client files are updated • Administer trust, probate, and trust litigation • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Qualifications: Skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Familiarity with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook • Able to take direction and work independently with little supervision • 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in trusts/estates/probate support • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent certification Compensation: $28 - $33 hourly
