We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Office / Data Entry Clerk. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professionalmanner. Receiving and confirming orders. Entering orders into the data base.

  • Creating production orders to customer specifications.

  • Office Administration: Organize, file, and process customer invoices, as well as generate packing slips and necessary shipping documents for customer orders.

  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to assist with various office tasks.

  • Office Equipment: Operate general office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and calculators.

  • Multitasking & Problem-Solving: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with team members and assist with various office- related duties as required.

  • Production Data Entry: Sort, file, and enter production data into the database; ensure accuracy in documentation.

  • Reporting: Compile and process daily and monthly spreadsheets and reports related to production activities.

  • Department Liaison: Build and maintain effective working relationships with department heads regarding production documentation and related processes.
