How You'll Make a Difference:
Arkos Health is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant. The Senior Administrative Assistant requires stronger work experience within each function, extreme confidentiality, ability to multi-task, and work unsupervised. The Senior Administrative Assistant will possess advanced computer skills along with ability to train others on system usage. They will be experienced in coordinating and implementing projects as assigned. The person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting the executive management team. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is critical to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills and strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external Executives and/or assistants as well as consultants to coordinate a variety of complex Executive meetings
- Relieve Executive(s) of administrative detail and projects, specifically the Market President and/or VP of Clinical Services
- Prepare meeting agendas in advance for assigned meetings
- Serve as recording secretary for assigned Executive(s); and prepare action minutes timely following the meeting
- Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress for internal and external deadlines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Review and summarize of all internal/external reports
- Collect, record, and submit monthly expenditures timely for the Executive(s) assigned
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations for assigned Executive(s) including any needed documents, files and supplies needed
- Process replies on own initiative or from assigned Executive(s) dictation or notes
- Monitor contract controls to ensure contracts are secure to the highest level of confidentiality with our external and internal vendors
- Assure discreet handling of all company business
- Associates degree or relevant equivalent experience
- Physician Network Contracting, Provider Relations, and Administrative experience a plus
- Proficient in office equipment (computers, printers, etc.) and MS Office programs
- 3 to 5 years supporting at the executive level preferred
