Hook and Cleaver, a part of Lombardi's Restaurant Group, is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, culinary management, food quality, kitchen management, food cost management, banquet catering, menu development, labor cost management, food preparation, and more. If you are passionate about creating delicious dishes and providing exceptional dining experiences, we want to hear from you!

Job Expectations:

  • Lead the culinary team in creating and executing innovative menus
  • Ensure food quality and kitchen cleanliness meet high standards
  • Manage food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Oversee banquet catering operations and menu development
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment

Salary:

Minimum: $65,250.00
