Salary: $65k to $75k plus bonus We are seeking a Head Chef with effective team-building skills to lead a talented hospitality team to success at our location in Dallas, TX. With a focus on high-quality ingredients and a warm, casual dining experience, we offer a variety of pizzas, pasta, and rotisserie chicken, alongside a selection of beer and wine. The Head Chef brings a smile and positive energy to work every day! The right candidate will possess a strong background in high-volume, full-service kitchens. Duties will include but are not limited to: Recruiting, training, and mentoring the culinary team. Maintaining the highest quality culinary standards. Driving profits through cost analysis and understanding P&L. Responsible for all equipment sanitation and maintenance. Effectively communicating to delegate duties while following strict standards and procedures. High-volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 to 5 years. Understanding of the role as a working chef in the restaurant. Ability to ensure proper food prep and presentation.
