In this role, you will work with an excellent primary care practice as an essential member of the Integrated/Collaborative Care team and program, providing specialty consultation and short-term clinical treatment within the primary care practice for patients withmental health and substance use needs.If you are a seasoned clinician and are looking to take your career in a new direction, we want to hear from you!
