This role will lead the design and implementation of transformative and impactful development experiences for our most senior and influential leadership group (VP+) across their employee lifecycle.  Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Leadership Development, this role will seek out leading external partnerships to create programs or solutions that enable senior leaders to successfully transition into new roles and develop critical skills throughout their career.Within the Leadership Development practice, this role is critical in linking our leadership development strategy to the focused education of our senior leaders and their teams. The Director will collaborate with various stakeholders across the Coca-Cola network (i.e. business leaders, Talent & Development function, and the People and Culture Community) to bring these programs to life. Success in this role requires excellent stakeholder management, communication, executive presence, and ability to work effectively with leaders across all levels of the organization.What you’ll do for us:Program DesignOwn the end-to-end design and delivery of high-impact, innovative development programs tailored to the needs of global senior executives and Coca-Cola’s strategy. For example, high potential intensive senior leader development, high impact executive communication programs, and System leadership development in partnership with our bottlers.Develop experiences, programs, and tools for our global senior leaders onboarding to Coca-Cola or transitioning to new roles including immersion experiences at our Atlanta headquarters and in key global markets.Utilize Human-Centered Design principles to ensure learning experiences are impactful, engaging and hyper-relevant to the leaders’ roles - leading our business for the future.External Partnerships Build and maintain a wide network of external connections, consistently bringing in the latest thought leadership, research, and innovation as inputs to the design and delivery of our offerings.Identify, evaluate, and select best-in-class external learning & development vendors to deliver against identified needs in collaboration with Coca-Cola’s learning experience team.Act as a liaison with learning delivery vendor partners to ensure seamless execution of programs, measure performance, provide feedback, make go/no-go decisions.ConsultancyBe sought after as a subject matter expert in senior leader individual and team development, providing insights and guidance based on industry best practices and global trends.Consult with internal stakeholders, including Talent & Development Directors and People & Culture leaders, and utilize relevant data (learning insights, succession, talent metrics) to diagnose senior leader needs.Leverage a deep understanding of the Company, our System, and strategic priorities to build context and credibility and provide recommended solutions for prioritized individual or team development needs.Essential Skills and Capabilities:Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with critical stakeholders, including business leaders, People & Culture leaders, and Leadership Development & Learning team members.Proactively gather feedback, uncover needs, and collaboratively develop solutions that address those needs.Effectively align and influence key stakeholders in order to move work forward through building trust, buy-in, and clear communication.CommunicationDeliver a high-touch, white-glove experience for senior leaders from onboarding through ongoing development.Act as a passionate advocate for senior leadership development within the organization and participate actively in talent and development communities.Display exceptional professionalism in communications, positively representing Coca-Cola and the team in all interactions with others.Qualifications and Requirements:8-10 years’ experience in learning and development or talent management, with a focus on designing and delivering executive leadership programs.Proven expertise in consulting with and advising senior stakeholders on leadership development strategies.Experience working with third-party vendors to develop and implement custom learning programs.Extensive knowledge of leadership development best practices and global trends.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects autonomously.Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into actionable programs and initiatives.Proactive nature, drives work forward with enthusiasm.  What We Can Do for You: Commitment to an inclusive environment: We are paving the way to create change in the industry and our leadership is committed to diversity, inclusion and belonging.Global Network: Expand your global network by developing, learning, and growing with our top talent and connections around the world.Agile Work Environment: We embrace agile ways of working, with leadership that believes in removing barriers, so you are empowered to innovate and discover new solutions to complex problems.Skills:Coaching, Communication, Consulting, Detail-Oriented, Executive Development, Executive Presence, Human-Centered Design, Influencing, Leadership Development Programs, Learning and Development (L&D), Onboarding Programs, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Talent Development, Talent Management, Talent Strategy, Team DevelopmentPay Range:$143,600 - $164,700Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
