JOB SUMMARYONEOK is looking for a Supervisor of Engineering to our team! This team will manage the predictive maintenance and reliability engineering team supporting the Bakken gathering, compression and processing assets. Experience supporting rotating equipment, failure investigation, troubleshooting, reliability data analysis, as well as knowledge on vibration data collection and analysis are a plus.Job Profile SummaryPerform and supervise employees engaged in engineering and project management related to plant processing, fractionation and liquids handling, storage field, gathering and transmission pipeline and compression including engineering, construction, regulatory compliance and budgets and schedulesEssential Functions and ResponsibilitiesPerform and supervise others engaged in company engineering activities including but not limited to:Plant and process facility design, pipeline design, construction, operation and maintenance projectsMeasurement, regulation and control facilitiesGas treating and compressor facilitiesProduct storage, pumping, loading and handling facilitiesSCADA, DCS and PLC control systemsProcessing equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, compressors, pumps and coolersResearch, analyze, prepare and/or approve information including but not limited to:Pipeline and process systems design criteriaStructural and/or material failure analysisPolicies and proceduresBid documents and specificationsContracts and procurementTechnical and governmental reportsMaterial selectionCoordinate projects directly and among direct reports, departments, producers and contractors including but not limited to:Bid proposals and contractsOperational problemsMaterial specifications and selectionConstruction and/or relocation projectsProvide technical and engineering assistance to other departments, management, governmental and regulatory agencies, company attorneys, industry groups and others on matters related to projects and operations, policies, procedures, contracts, material selection, and governmental/regulatory rules, regulations and activitiesAnalyze and evaluate various pipeline systems and make recommendations for improvements related to capacity, operating costs, and system operationPerform and supervise employees engaged in engineering services, scope definition, estimating, scheduling, design, preparation of bid instructions and bidding, procurement, construction, record keeping and environmental activitiesOversee utilization of manpower and equipment resources through assessing, scheduling and prioritizing projects based on customer need and value to the organizationInteract with direct and indirect reports, corporate personnel, regional personnel, public officials, contractors, customers, and civic organizations on issues including general engineering activities, employee issues, public projects and project schedulingMonitor, review, develop and prepare information including but not limited to:Budget planning and analysisBenchmarking comparisonsEngineering analysisIncident reportsFinancial analysisContractors’ work projectsResponse to regulatory inquiriesAudit summariesAdminister technical and professional training programs ensuring compliance with company and governmental requirementsConduct material failure and/or structural analysis;
