The Role
The Senior Manager, FFIO Global Product Solutions will support asset management, investment product and the distribution channels in the execution of portfolio launches, retirement plan conversions, mergers/liquidations, and product structure changes. This is done via coordination with internal and third-party business partners to provide timely, accurate delivery of operational components of fund events. The senior manager is focused on consistency, works across front-, middle-, and back-office functions, and is focused on improving the customer experience. In this role, you will work with the VP, Product Acceptance Committee to provide effective product partnership through communication, risk mitigation, quality assurance, effective delivery and build strong working relationships across the organization. As a Senior Manager, you must be a highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership, attention to detail, and be an effective liaison between stakeholders and the team.

8+ Years of experience preferred
Strong both written and verbal communications and ability to translate business context, challenges and strategy into executive level presentation
Successful track record partnering across multiple business units to create alignment and drive execution prioritization
Innovative, forward-thinker who quickly understands the context, comfortable challenging the status quo
Strong executive briefing skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
The Team
The Senior Manager, FFIO Global Product Solutions will join a team of 35 customer obsessed fund and investment operations leaders. We strive to create innovative implementation and portfolio transition solutions for our business partners that result in positive outcomes for Fidelity investment products and clients. We are part of the Global Product Solutions domain within FFIO and collaborate with investment operations, trading, compliance, legal, and oversight teams across all Fidelity asset management divisions to bring new products and services to our customers. We foster a culture of quality while embracing pace over perfection when implementing new investment products and capabilities across the Fidelity ecosystem. The Product Acceptance Committee endeavors to add consistency and transparency to the new product onboarding experience across FFIO through a combination of tools and meetings designed to minimize risk and drive successful outcomes.
