- Perform essential stabilization procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the Epic electronic medical records system.
Qualifications for Success:
- Current board certification in emergency medicine is mandatory.
- Valid and active Wisconsin state license or willingness to obtain temporary privileges through the Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLC) is required.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in emergency medicine is preferred.
- Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and BLS are mandatory.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
- The ability to work independently while leading a team in a fast-paced environment is essential.
