Description
The Account Manager will manage the development and delivery of integrated marketing programs and serve as the direct liaison between internal departments and the client. You will participate in strategy development by providing analytic, strategic, and creative input and database consultation. THD's Account Managers have a strong understanding of CRM strategy and utilize their understanding of campaign analytics to drive client recommendations.

Your impact:
- Lead Strategic and Tactical Functions: Oversee and collaborate across creative, digital, print, production, and analytics teams to meet client expectations and address any issues that arise.
- Campaign Strategy Management: Conduct and manage internal strategy sessions, review previous results, and provide feedback to Account Executives to inform decision-making.
- Creative and List Plan Review: Ensure that creative outputs meet campaign objectives, suggest improvements, and critique list plans for accuracy before client approval.
- Approval and Reporting: Approve merge/purge instructions, campaign segmentation, and develop standard reports for regular distribution and client analysis.
- Client and Vendor Collaboration: Participate in client approval processes, lead client-facing meetings, and collaborate with external vendors and partners.
- Team Management and Development: Delegate tasks effectively, manage workflow, and provide training and mentorship to Account Executives and Coordinators.
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years experience in direct mail and digital campaigns.
- Analytically minded, specifically comfortable with data, response metrics and identifying trends.
- Outstanding relationship building, and communication skills required.
- Database marketing/ nonprofit Marketing, fundraising experience.
- Experience managing large data sets in Excel.
