In partnership with public safety, RapidSOS created the world's first intelligent safety platform that securely links life-saving data from 540 million+ connected devices, apps and sensors and 200+ technology partners directly to RapidSOS Safety Agents, 911, and first responders globally. What this role is about:Are you a results-driven marketer with a talent for designing innovative, high-impact campaigns? RapidSOS is seeking a creative and strategic Campaigns Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our mission of transforming emergency response through technology. In this role, you will be able to develop and execute end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with key audiences, elevate our brand, and generate measurable growth. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across marketing, product, and sales efforts while using data insights to optimize performance and outcomes. Starting pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience, relevant skills, training, education, location, business needs, or market demands. The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000. This role will also be eligible to receive equity options.

What you'll do:
- Campaign Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, etc.)
- Create campaign timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans inclusive of planning and execution meetings
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely campaign execution and connect dots across teams
- Present campaign results to stakeholders and provide recommendations for future improvements
- Content Management
- Define and maintain the company's content calendar aligned with business objectives
- Develop editorial calendars and content roadmaps
- Oversee content creation across various formats (blog posts, social media, newsletters, whitepapers, videos)
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all content
- Collaborate with a team of content creators, including writers, designers, and freelancers
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze content performance metrics
- Generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Identify trends and opportunities for content optimization
- Use data insights to inform future content and campaign strategies
What we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing and campaign management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
- Demonstrates experience in project management and exceptional organizational skills, ensuring successful outcomes and efficient execution of tasks and initiatives
- Excellent and polished verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a proactive & creative approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership
- Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools (ie. Hubspot, Wordpress, etc.)
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and creating data-driven strategies
- An understanding and flexibility in working in a high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Ability and willingness for occasional travel to office and team gatherings
Nice-to-have experience (but not required!):
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Understanding of marketing compliance and regulations
- Experience with video production and multimedia content creation
