This is an HR Business Partner role that serves as a trusted advisor to HQ and functional client groups. The role requires strategic and operational support to the business through a solution-minded approach to the needs identified for each area. - Drive operational efficiency by facilitating and/or leading HR best practices and solutions in connection with organizational strategy
- Support HR and leader decision-making by designing and delivering people data and analytics
- Partners with internal stakeholders to provide cross-functional HR guidance, recommendations, and evaluation for gaps to drive improved and/or leading industry practices and outcomes to address risk and opportunities to sustain a competitive advantage
- Champions change and helps position the company for success with effective communications, tools, process, and resources to empower a self-service and engaging teammate experience
- Builds deep relationships internally and externally to broker a greater sense of engagement, impact, and influence to support teammate success and operational effectiveness
- Assesses and keeps the pulse of the organization and teammates to ensure programs and solutions are relevant to what is meaningful to the growth of the business, elevate teammate capabilities
- Champions new ideas and initiatives that support a growth-minded organization that encourages, creativity, innovation, risk taking, and collaboration
- Facilitates an employee engagement strategy and purpose that fosters a sense of community, connection, and celebration by way of teammate events, rewards and recognition programs
- Facilitates and partners with leaders and cross functionally to onboard new talent and move them through an immersive experience into the organization
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate the organizational/functional structure, job roles and responsibilities, career paths, and support programs designed to mobilize and grow talent.
- Demonstrates a broad knowledge across HR functions to effectively anticipate risks, implications, identify patterns, diagnose outcomes and solutions through behavioral and data insights
- Supports the administration and communication of company-wide human resources policies, programs, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements to include coaching, interpretation, investigation, and guidance on corrective/progressive solutions to sustain compliance and optimal teammate and organizational performance
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, 10 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understands the organization's value proposition and employee experience mindset
- Experience in all HR areas such as HRIS, benefits; compensation; employment law; employee relations; leave administration; occupational health, safety and security, L&D, and talent
- Understands the speed of delivery, a servant leadership model, and how to diagnose when accelerated outcomes are necessary
- Ability to manage priorities, projects, workflows, meet deadlines and execute on commitments
- Ability to work independently and as a member of teams and committees
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; ADP/E-Time; ATS, LMS, HCM systems
- Knowledge and/or previous experience with talent development, succession planning, and/or performance management is desirable.
