This is a Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Business Partner role that serves as a trusted advisor on Talent Acquisition across the organization. The role requires strategic and operational support to the business through a solution-minded, results-driven approach to the talent acquisition needs identified for each area of the business. The role will lead and facilitate the optimization of a talent acquisition process and experience that is aligned with the culture, business growth plans, and strengthening our organizational capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drives operational efficiency by facilitating, merging, and/or leading HR best practices, workforce planning, and talent acquisition solutions in connection with organizational strategy
  • Supports HR and leader decision-making regarding talent by designing and delivering internal and external talent insights
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to provide HR and Talent Acquisition subject matter expertise with a business acumen to optimize and proactively solve for talent gaps to drive improved and/or leading industry practices and outcomes, cultivating a competitive advantage
  • Champions change as the business shifts and helps position the company for success with effective communications, tools, process, and resources to ensure an optimal talent acquisition experience
  • Builds deep relationships internally and externally to broker a greater sense of engagement, impact, and influence to support success with the talent selection process and experience
  • Assesses and keeps the pulse of the organization and teammates to ensure programs and solutions are relevant to what is meaningful to the retention and growth of talent
  • Solicits, encourages, and introduces new ideas and initiatives to accelerate talent acquisition plans
  • Facilitates and partners with leaders and cross functionally to onboard new talent and move them through an immersive experience into the organization
  • Partners with business leaders to evaluate the organizational/functional structure, job roles and responsibilities, career paths, and support programs designed to mobilize and grow talent
  • Supports coaching, developing, communication, and the administration of talent acquisition process, systems, programs, policies, and practices in accordance with corporate objectives and federal and state legal to sustain compliance and results
  • Builds talent pipeline internally and externally through talent management programs, intern programs, and/or other skilled/professional networking organizations and opportunities
  • Measures success through key performance indicators that strengthen the linkage between the needs of the business, speed of execution, and quality of solutions, resources, process, and talent
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, 10 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understands the organization's value proposition and employee experience mindset
  • Experience in HR areas such as HRIS, recruiting, compensation; employment law; organizational design
  • Understands the speed of delivery, a servant leadership model, and how to diagnose when accelerated outcomes are necessary
  • Ability to manage priorities, projects, workflows, meet deadlines and execute on commitments
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team and committee
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; ADP/E-Time; ATS, HCM systems
  • Knowledge and/or previous experience with talent acquisition, search firms, agency contracts, negotiations, new business ramp-up plans, RPO's, talent insights, branding, public speaking, and/or building college/university relationships.
