Your Impact:
Oversee the procurement of goods and services for the organization and manage relationships and compliance with suppliers and vendors and contractors. This position will fall under the EV's Supply Chain Program, but it may extend to the other service lines in the future. H/She will be responsible for ensuring that procurement practices align with company goals and budgets, achieving cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. The Procurement and Vendor Manager is integral to managing vendor contracts, monitoring supply market trends, and developing strategies to secure advantageous deals while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Core Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and vendors.
- Source new suppliers and vendors based on business requirements and industry standards.
- Address and resolve any supplier-related issues or disputes in a timely manner.
- Track vendor compliance with contracts, quality standards, and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and mentor procurement staff, setting clear objectives and providing guidance.
- Prepare reports for senior management on procurement activities, compliance issues, and vendor relationships.

Core Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or a related role.
- Proven experience in contract compliance and negotiation, vendor sourcing, and cost optimization.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team and working cross-functionally with other departments.
- Proficiency in procurement, supply chain software platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Microsoft Office (Pivot tables, V-look ups, X-look ups)
