Your Impact:
The Regional EV Service Manager position is responsible for all service execution within market(s) in which he or she is assigned. This position will act as the first level of escalation for all direct field service technicians and service partners working in the assigned market. This position will report into the Director or VP of EV Field Services.

Your Impact:
The Regional EV Service Manager position is responsible for all service execution within market(s) in which he or she is assigned. This position will act as the first level of escalation for all direct field service technicians and service partners working in the assigned market. This position will report into the Director or VP of EV Field Services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure that technicians and service partners are equipped with all the knowledge, tools and materials to perform the jobs assigned
- Assist in resource planning for the assigned market and review daily schedules of field service technicians
- Enlisting service partners and building out our service partner base within the market
- Management of partner network (to include, training, quality control and audits)
- Address quality issues and work with our customers, manufacturers, and other involved parties to see corrective actions
- Assist in the development of work procedures and training
- Monitor work order completion and close out for services performed by field service technicians
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) management
- Perform technical work as required (either for on-the-job training, or more complex L3 technical jobs as required)

Core Experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
- Ability to use MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.)
- Experience with Sales Force or other Field Service Management platform
- Self-starter with the ability to perform with very little oversight while working within and fostering a team-oriented environment
- Ability to lead and influence in a matrix organization
Physical/Work Environment
- Field based position with travel up to 50% as needed
- Routinely operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Comfortable working outdoors and on job sites in public areas
- Frequently communicates with employees, stakeholders and customers
