We are seeking an energetic Talent Management Program Manager reporting into the VP, People.
You're passionate about designing talent programs that unlock potential, boost performance, and enhance engagement. Our Talent Management strategy encompasses performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, and strategic initiatives. As a Talent Management Partner, you'll be the key liaison for technology tools that enable these processes. You'll play a crucial role in collaboratively designing, communicating, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of programs to strategically support the future growth of Benevity-ites on a global scale.

What you'll do:
- Lead the evolution, implementation, and support of Benevity's performance management program
- Design development planning guidance and approach to help translate capability gaps to development outcomes
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of strategically and culturally aligned global talent identification/review and succession management programs, processes, and tools
- Design key talent programs to accelerate development
- Ensure our programs resonate with Benevity's culture through a unified approach
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and other stakeholders in all phases of talent programs
- Manage communication strategies for talent programs, ensuring they reflect Benevity's values and brand
- Oversee talent and succession planning analytics, providing insights for strategic decisions
- Analyze succession planning to identify strengths and areas of risk, offering data-driven recommendations for talent development and mobility
- Craft detailed talent reports for leadership and the Board of Directors
- Collaborate with the People Development team to blend learning opportunities with our talent strategies
What you'll bring:
- Experience designing and executing practical talent management programs that are tailored for business needs
- Experience as a Business Partner, problem solving with and for internal clients
- Energized in an environment where business processes, tools and deadlines are scaling
- Proven skills in program planning and project management
- Utilizes strategic and systems thinking to tailor and execute initiatives effectively
- A growth mindset and an innovative approach to challenges
- Relationship builder and influencer; equally comfortable presenting to executive audiences and connecting with interns
- A collaborative team member known for exceptional communication abilities, adaptability to ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Resourceful in navigating obstacles
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities, adept at balancing competing priorities.
