Requirements

What Will I Do?
  • Interview, hire, and train Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of SDRs, grooming them for future Account Executive (AE) roles
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to devise and execute strategies for meeting growth targets
  • Ensure the creation and proper distribution of high-quality lead lists
  • Monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to overall company success


What Attributes Are We Looking For?
  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR Manager
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Previous experience in early-stage company environments
  • Ability to coach SDRs into high-performing individuals and future AEs; Prior AE or AE Management experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm, optimism, a "get things done" attitude
  • Proactive in taking ownership of projects and problem-solving
  • Focus on personal growth and development, with a passion for helping others reach their full potential
  • Track record of success
  • Passion for building exceptional teams
