We are looking for talent that shares these values, that is ambitious, bold & resilient. The Marketing Culture & Capabilities team is critical to the evolution of our marketing at Labatt.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and champion marketing creativity and culture agenda
- Collaborate closely with the Global C&C team and adapt global toolkits for Canada Marketing
- Run brand positioning workshops
- Managing company relationship with agencies, industry groups and support CCO external reputation and agenda (in partnership with LCA)
- Lead the Labatt Creative X Program - creative council, toolkits, and awards
- Lead process across major external awards with Mega Brand portfolio - dates, deadlines, entry reviews, and gala attendance
- Develop and facilitate creativity inspiration sessions featuring external guest speakers
- Identify gaps in our marketing team's capabilities and develop programs / toolkits to expand marketing capabilities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years in Marketing
- Organizational skills and strong project management skills a must
- Strong executive-level communication skills
- Strong understanding of brand building fundamentals and the creative process
- Experience facilitating workshops a must
- Experience working with agencies a plus
- Challenger mentality - creative, innovative & solutions driven, non-traditional
- Comfortable working in teams, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions, and cultivates inclusion.
- Operates with an open mind, consistently questioning the status quo, seeking opportunities to improve processes.
