POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Client Services will effectively deliver full company capabilities and solutions to clients, establish marketing priorities, assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, and implement steps to achieve deliverables for the company and the client, both on time and on budget. Overall, the Manager, Client Services role is to provide support to the clients in order to meet business challenges and goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for leading marketing solutions across various accounts. These responsibilities include planning, development, budget management, and execution of traditional/digital marketing, experiential and shopper marketing.
  • Responsible for providing daily coordination between all cross-functional departments of Loud And Live
  • Responsible for maintaining, tracking, and assessing the budget allocated for marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of client programs and initiatives in order to educate others on all client activity.
  • Provide data/measurement reports with analysis to help client identify trends and opportunities.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and clarity of any written document, including creative and production briefs, conference reports and marketing plans, before submission to agency leadership and the client.


Minimum QualificationsThe following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
  • Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Field of Study/Area of Experience
    1. Minimum 3-4 years in the advertising industry or related account management/marketing experience.
    2. Conversant in all media types, including the ability to understand and integrate media solutions based on SOW or project
    3. Experience working with sponsorships, brand activation, and experiential marketing
    4. Proactive in dealing with challenges head-on

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with vendors and clients.

  • Superior communication skills: oral, written, and listening.
  • Ability to work effectively with management.
  • Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and effectively set priorities and deliver on time.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web browsers.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Less than 25% of travel required


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Constant: During working hours; the incumbent will mostly sit in front of a computer.

Occasional: Flexibility and willingness to work unconventional hours (nights and weekends) when

necessary.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
  • Able to complete multiple duties with accuracy while shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
  • Fast paced environment with peaks of intensity and increase in workloads.
