Email Marketing Manager
The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to support eCommerce and lead generation efforts. This role involves managing relationships with the email marketing agency and collaborating with stakeholders, brand strategy, and the creative team to build and execute campaigns. You will shape the email strategy, handle day-to-day campaign execution, manage list segmentation, and ensure messages are strategically delivered for maximum impact.

ADDITIONALLY, YOU WILL:
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies tailored to the business's objectives and target audience, including promotional, lifecycle, and transactional campaigns.
• Manage and segment email lists to ensure messages reach the appropriate audience segments at optimal times, driving engagement and conversions.
• Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Set up and manage automated email campaigns, such as welcome sequences, drip campaigns, and reengagement flows, to nurture leads and support the customer journey.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with legal regulations (e.g., CANSPAM, GDPR) and industry best practices to maintain high deliverability and engagement rates.
• Work closely with cross functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to ensure email content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends, email marketing tools, and best practices to keep our email marketing efforts innovative and competitive.
Requirements
HOW YOU'LL GET THERE
• 5 years proven experience in email marketing, preferably within eCommerce
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, deliverability, and compliance.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, working in tandem with the email agency and creative team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, teaming with marketing leadership and business stakeholders to develop, execute, and report on the email strategy.
• Up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and regulations.
• Experience with agency or direct report management preferred
