Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to own and manage your client portfolio aligned with our Merchandising Services Group.

Location: Cincinnati

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results

  • Co-own the P&L for your client portfolio with VP Sales and Group President.
  • Manage your cross functional teams including Account Managers and Project Managers, helping them to reach revenue, profit and client service goals.
  • Maintain the highest standards of client satisfaction while developing growth opportunities with your portfolio clients.
  • Help develop standard and customized "ways of working" for the Merchandising Services Client Services to enable revenue and profit goals.
  • Own the client relationships for Merchandising Services where they are independent decision makers, ensuring critical insights and opportunities are developed; while ensuring we remain top of mind with key client, cross-functional contacts
  • Be an active and committed partner to the SGS & Co Shared Service leaders and practitioners.


Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements

This position requires the following knowledge and skills:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university, and more than 10 years of experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Deep experience in Merchandising Services sales and operations.
  • Experience managing client facing teams.
  • Strong "client-hands" and experience leading account managers.
  • P&L experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to excel at leading teams, developing talent, and working through others to consistently deliver budgeted annual, quarterly, and monthly financial and operational results.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel as a teammate on a senior leadership team and to senior shared services leaders.
