What you can expect from this position:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Partnership & Digital Business, you will play a pivotal role in driving advertising revenue and partnerships, while participating in digital business growth efforts.
As Manager, Partnership, Growth and Development, you will:
- Generate leads, create and execute pitches and participate in contract negotiations
- Lead and nurture new relationships at activation levels
- Work closely with the Advertising Partner to grow GTAA ad revenue
- Support partner ideation and pitch process to maximize partner success
- Explore opportunities to grow ad revenue of existing partners and champion GTAA premium ad position in the market
- Collaborate with the Digital Business team to support digital revenue growth
- Support product innovation and work with Passenger Experience to unlock and prioritize efforts that will drive maximum future revenue for GTAA
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development through meaningful feedback for personal and career growth

This is the role for you, if you have:
- University and/or post-secondary education Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or another related field
- 5-10 years of sales or partnership experience
- 3+ years of project delivery experience
- 3+ years of experience in People Leadership both direct report and cross functional
- Possess a valid Ontario Provincial G Class driver's license
- Demonstrated experience working in a customer centric environment
- Able to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with a high level of competence in Microsoft Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy and alignment to established timelines
- Ability to build and sustain mutually agreeable working relationships
- Knowledge of procurement and financial forecasting and reporting processes
