We are looking for a Digital Strategist that loves to dig into the data. You nerd out over new product launches from Google Ads, know the anatomy of a Search Engine Results Page, and think about keywords in terms of the user's intent. "Test and Learn" is your middle name.

This person can...
  • Drive daily and weekly SEM optimization exercises such as adjusting bid strategy targets, device modifications, negative keywords, ad creative, and audiences
  • Manage budgets and make informed budgetary changes within search platforms - inclusive of all types of Google Ads (e.g. YouTube, PMax, SEM, Shopping, etc)
  • Traffic new ads/ad groups/campaigns within the Google and Amazon Ads platforms.
  • Write paid search ad copy based on keyword, industry, competitive, and landing page research
  • Stay on top of trends and news related to Google Ads and retail media
  • Utilize digital forecasting and research tools related to paid search
  • Review digital analytics reporting from Google Ads, Google Analytics, Amazon Ads, etc. and create directional insights.
  • Communicate learnings and insights that drive actionable impact


Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years of experience managing Google paid search campaigns
  • 2-4+ years of experience managing Amazon search campaigns
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Google Ads Certified (Search)
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • A curious and innovative approach to problem solving

Bonus:
  • Knowledge of the retail media landscape
  • Familiar with SEO and how it plays a role into media success

This position reports to the Digital Director.
