Job Description:
Repair or rework circuit card assemblies (CCA) and electronic assemblies as required
Assemble or repair products through the complete production or MRO cycle to meet customer requirements.
Assist MSEs in associate training as necessary for production or MRO assemblies
Analyze and interpret part or assembly print specifications and schematics
Works with Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering to repair outgoing hardware.
Review work instructions and document package prior to release to the production floor. Work with Manufacturing Engineers to redline or correct assembly work instructions
Facilitate time studies to validate router timeline
Essential Functions:
Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

Essential Functions:
- Prior solder experience required in a manufacturing environment, past J-STD certification a plus
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and assembly drawings
- Works under moderate supervision to set objectives for own job area.
- Communicates with operations team to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures
- Must understand general manufacturing and repair processes
- Identifies assembly process improvements to support e3 cost savings initiatives
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into SAP ERP system

- Experience in a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment
- Prior solder certification to J-Standard and IPC-610 inspection
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Aerospace and Defense experience a plus
- Process Improvement experience
- Critical thinking and analytics
