Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Expertise & Quality

  • Partners with the CPO on critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition support, talent development and workforce planning.
  • In collaboration with other HR Team members, supports new hire orientation and onboarding, the exit process, and records management and compliance.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Participates in the planning, organization, development, and implementation and follow through of HR projects and initiatives, including Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, and Talent Reviews.
  • Advises Executive Leadership and Management regarding appropriate resolution of employee relations issues using sound judgment within broadly defined policies and practices. Provides feedback and guidance to managers and employees on the best course of corrective action.
  • Conducts effective, thorough, and objective HR investigations, to provide fair, impartial recommendations in a timely manner.
  • Supports the management of HR systems and data integrity of personnel information using HRIS.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Understands legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provides input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Performs other Human Resources functions as assigned.

Education, Experience, & Other Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in one or more functional areas of human resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business majoring in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
  • Relevant professional certification preferred, e.g. SHRM- CP, SHRM-SCP.
  • Proficient with business software and technology, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiar with workings of HRIS, ATS, or similar systems.
