The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers in designing, maintaining, and validating our leading edge components and boards for space applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of electrical systems and components.Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.Conduct signal integrity and timing analysis for high-speed digital interfaces.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.Perform Worst Case Analysis to ensure system reliability under varying conditions.Oversee circuit board layout and design, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Utilize FPGA design tools and HDL for hardware development and synthesis.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldDesign and develop components and boards for space applicationsPower Integrity and Signal integrity analysis and design for high speed digital (DDR2, DDR3, DDR4, SERDES, etc).Perform and document Design verification Testing (DVT), timing analysis, worst-case analysisFPGA Design (HDL, synthesis, place/route, timing analysis, simulation)Previous management experience.Fluent in high speed design rules for circuit boards, layout requirements, circuit board stack-upBenefitsCompetitive salary (160k-200k)401k with matchFull Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)HolidaysPTOWorking on a small team of talent and make a big impactCareer growth opportunityFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
