As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s human resource’s function. You will lead and manage our HR department, working closely with leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support our growth and commitment to excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's culture, performance, and success.Key Responsibilities:·       Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR department, setting goals and priorities that align with the client’s mission and values. ·       Policy and Procedure Development: Create and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices. ·       Talent Acquisition: Develop and oversee the recruitment process, attracting top talent to join the company. ·       Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. ·       Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of employee benefits, including PTO, health benefits, and 401k programs. ·       Compensation and Payroll: Oversee compensation strategies to ensure competitive pay structures and efficient payroll management. ·       Training and Development: Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for employees at all levels. ·       Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and equitable workplace. ·       Compliance: Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices remain compliant.Qualifications: ·       Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field (master’s degree preferred). ·       SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus. ·       A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience. ·       Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. ·       Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. ·       Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation. If you are a forward-thinking HR professional who is passionate about shaping company culture, fostering talent, and driving organizational success, we encourage you to apply and join our dedicated team.
