The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing acute and preventive care as well as chronic disease management for patients in a growing primary care practice. In addition, the candidate will seek the opportunity to build strong relationships with their colleagues and patients and provide continuous and comprehensive care to each patient. The candidate will be fully supported by experienced nurses, medical assistants and care coordinators to provide team-based care that is grounded by evidence-based best practices. This practice provides comprehensive care and is deeply rooted in the local community. Founded in 1918, New London Hospital is a not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital serving 15 communities within the Kearsarge/Lake Sunapee region in central New Hampshire, providing primary care and specialized clinical services in a patient and family centered environment. New London Hospital is associated with the teaching hospital, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, and the Geisel School of Medicine.In addition to services at the main campus in New London, primary and some secondary care services are offered at the organizations Newport Health Center, a rural health center founded in 1991 in Newport, NH. Required Licensure/Certifications

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the State of NH
