This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage land development projects from initiation to completionPrepare and review RFPs and bid documentsConduct quantity take-offs and review construction drawings and specificationsDevelop and maintain project schedulesOrganize and lead preconstruction meetings with stakeholdersCoordinate utility installations and site visitsMonitor quality control and productivity on siteManage demolition, earthwork, utilities, paving, grading, landscape, hardscape, and amenities workReview contractor pay requests and submittalsRespond to RFIs and maintain as-built drawingsConduct constructability reviews and manage project closeout proceduresMentor and manage employees, ensuring effective communication within the teamQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in land development and construction managementStrong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project schedulingProven experience with utility coordination and site managementExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and mentoring skillsExperience with budget management and invoice reviewFamiliarity with quality control processes and safety regulationsCertifications in construction management or related fields are a plusBenefitsMedical VisionDental401(K) Bonus StructureCompany Outings Wellness StipendFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
