Urology Physician

We are working with Penn Highlands DuBois, a Level II Trauma Center in Dubois, PA, seeking Urology coverage starting January 6. Penn Highlands DuBois serves as a central hub for surrounding facilities, including Clearfield, Elk, and Brookville, with a busy inpatient setting and emergency surgical support. Penn Highlands DuBois Dubois, PA Level II Trauma Center 272 Hospital Beds Urology Job Details: - Coverage Needed: 1-2 weeks starting January 6 - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7a-7a (24-hour weekday coverage) - Responsibilities: - Rounding on inpatient cases in the morning - Emergency surgeries as needed - Procedures such as kidney stone treatment, possible extraction, holmium laser lithotripsy, and cystoscopy/stent placement for hematuria - Managing torsion of testicle (rare occurrence) and UTIs - Consulting with the ED or other providers for Foley catheter placement - Rounding for any performed procedures if the patient remains in-house - EMR Systems: GE Centricity (Clinic) and Cerner (Inpatient) If you re interested in this opportunity, please send me your CV to present to the client for consideration.
