- Competitive Salary + Performance-based quarterly bonuses & uncapped commissions on placements made & business development efforts.

- 3+ years of Agency Recruiting experience
- Cold calling experience
- Strong phone presence & the ability to engage with C-suite professionals in the building materials industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills
- Recruit and deliver high-qualified candidates using internal CRM, market research, data Sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and cold calling
- Create and use recruiting and voicemail scripts during calls
- Cold & warm call prospective candidates to introduce them to opportunities that are currently available with our clients
- Qualify and align candidates with opportunities for which they are qualified and a 'best fit' for the opening
- Continually pre-close and close the candidate on the opportunity for which they are being presented
- Create and manage weekly reports on candidates who are actively interviewing.
