Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

The Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in our enterprise management software migration project. This position involves transferring data from legacy systems to our new platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter data from legacy systems into the new enterprise management software.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries.
  • Enter work order information into the enterprise management software.
  • Input billing information and ensure it aligns with work orders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
  • Assist in testing and validating the new enterprise management software to ensure data integrity.
  • Generate reports and provide updates on data migration progress.
