Job Description
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering information from digital documents (such as medical records, financial statements, and other personal information) into Excel and other internal systems. This role requires heavy use of a 10-key number pad.
Responsibilities
The work hours are from 12pm to 8pm CST in a large facility similar to a warehouse-style building.

Job Description
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering information from digital documents (such as medical records, financial statements, and other personal information) into Excel and other internal systems. This role requires heavy use of a 10-key number pad.
Responsibilities
- Validate document classification of automatically classified documents.
- Validate data extracted automatically from digital documents.
- Validate redactions applied automatically to digital documents.
- Manually index metadata from digital documents.
- Perform quality control of documents converted to digital format.
- Validate data of incoming checks.
- Reconcile batch totals of checks.
- Distribute check amounts to accounts as required by customers.
- Proficiency in data entry
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong typing skills
- Competence in scanning and computer skills
- 1+ year of data entry experience
- Ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures while maintaining quality and production standards
- Ability to meet deadlines by working at a quick and steady pace while maintaining quality and error-free work
- Must take and pass a 10-key typing test and a typing test
