Job Description

Join a dynamic team supporting data entry and providing assistance to clinics and vendors with purchase orders, inventory, and more. This role will transition to a hybrid model, working two days remotely and three days in the office (specific days are predetermined).

Responsibilities
  • Support data entry and update vendors on status updates.
  • Enter and update data involving current inventory, frames, prices, and PLS numbers.
  • Provide customer service via phone and computer (email).
  • Work with multiple screens and systems.
  • Maintain all vendor queues to keep up with inventory tracking and data entry.
  • Manage all tickets/requests to support status updates on orders and product availability.
  • Be willing to pivot to other tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
  • Data entry experience (1-2 years).
  • Customer service experience (2 years in retail, food service, or call center).
  • Intermediate Excel skills (ribbon functions, formulas, charts/graphs, data entry).
  • GED or High School Diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Inventory experience is a plus.
  • Good time management.
  • Ability to work with a team.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environment.
