A growing ABA company is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to help bring in new Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, personable, and passionate about recruiting within the ABA industry. This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting qualified professionals, with a primary emphasis on the Jewish community.

Responsibilities Include:

• Source, screen, and recruit BCBAs and RBTs for various positions within the company.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or ABA industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with sourcing candidates from the Jewish community is a plus.
• A motivated and driven personality with the desire to meet recruitment goals.
