Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for all recruiting efforts for the company. We have 3 locations, New Port Richey, Orlando and Brandon
- Fast paced Recruiting with candidate interaction
- Posting recruitment ads
- Working with Managers who set their own interviews and making sure everything is ready for the interview
- Searching resumes
- Onboarding new hires
- Career fairs
- Running Backgrounds, MVR and ensuring drug test are completed.
- Policies and procedures updating
- Administering Safety Meetings
Preferred Experience:
- Experience using Indeed
- Experience using ATS applications
