Key Responsibilities:

Source Talent: Proactively identify, attract, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Screen Candidates: Review resumes and applications, conduct phone interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural fit for each role.
Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique needs.
Coordinate Hiring Process: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, and assist with offer negotiations.
Maintain Talent Pipeline: Create and maintain a pool of qualified candidates to ensure quick response times to client needs.
Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Stay Current: Keep up to date with hiring trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

Experience: 13 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing or agency setting.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
TechSavvy: Comfortable with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various online recruiting platforms.
PeopleOriented: A natural ability to build rapport and create positive relationships with candidates and clients.
Motivated: Goaldriven with a desire to exceed expectations and achieve hiring targets.
