Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, offer negotiation, placement, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each position and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment processes.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends in the tech recruitment space.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote IPConfigure as an employer of choice.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of the technology industry and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers using a data-driven approach.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a Technical related field.
- 5+ years of successful full-cycle technical recruiting.
- Recruiting experience in the technology sector is required.
