HealthLeap is pioneering AI-driven healthcare solutions, starting with malnutrition - one of medicine's most under diagnosed conditions. We are developing tools to identify, treat, and prevent malnutrition, improving patient outcomes while capturing missed financial value for our overburdened healthcare systems. But that's just the beginning. Our vision: a comprehensive AI platform addressing a broad spectrum of health conditions.
HealthLeap's AI platform is currently used by Cedars-Sinai to screen every admitted hospital patient daily. Following a successful hospital-wide pilot, Cedars-Sinai signed a multi-year contract with HealthLeap. HealthLeap is now profitable and has a waitlist of over 50 hospitals interested in implementing the platform. We just raised a seed round from top-tier investors.
HealthLeap is also co-publishing a research paper with clinical leaders from Stanford Health, Johns Hopkins, and Cedars-Sinai. The paper is currently undergoing peer review in high-impact journals.
Responsibilities
As HealthLeap's Founding Technical Recruiter, you'll be instrumental in building our recruitment strategy from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you will create and execute a full recruitment program to attract top-tier technical talent that drives our mission forward. You'll have the autonomy to shape the talent acquisition function and influence how we scale our team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own HealthLeap's end-to-end recruitment strategy for technical roles, including AI, machine learning, software engineering, and GTM.
- Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and prioritize critical roles for rapid growth.
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent, with a focus on both active and passive candidates.
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing through onboarding.
- Develop and refine recruitment processes, tools, and best practices to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Establish and track recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Build an inclusive recruitment culture that prioritizes diversity and equity.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent markets and recruitment strategies.
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within AI, ML, or healthcare tech.
- Experience building recruitment strategies and processes from scratch.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
