We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team! The Recruiter will undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, training, and placement of employees. The Recruiter must be an excellent communicator and able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. They should ideally have experience in hiring, on-boarding, and social media.

*Pay Range: 26.50-28.50/hour DOE This is a remote position but we need someone that is located in Southern CA area. Some travel required for job fairs, conferences, and meetings as needed.*

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with community level staffing and recruiting needs of Clearwater
  • Support candidate screening and hiring processes utilizing all Clearwater hiring tools
  • Source candidates through databases, social media, and traditional recruiting methods
  • Partner with Executive Director and department leaders to anticipate future staffing needs and help make strategic recruiting plans for adequate staffing
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Director to manage applicant tracking system including training
  • Complete job fairs as needed, including generating and tracking attendance while also working with the community team before and at the hiring event
  • Provide a positive experience for hiring managers, staff, and candidates
  • Prioritize professional growth and self-development through ongoing training and feedback
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as staffing coordinator, recruiting, or similar position
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • Familiarity with social media, specifically facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor & Indeed
  • Knowledge of recruiting & staffing policies, procedures & best practices
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
