Client is seeking candidates local to the Palm Beach Gardens area only! The Human Resource Generalist will support the full range of Human Resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, HRIS maintenance, benefits administration, and enforcing company policies.

This position is based at an office in Great Falls, MT, with limited travel to the corporate office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The role primarily involves desk-based work, with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required.

Overview
Client is seeking candidates local to the Palm Beach Gardens area only! The Human Resource Generalist will support the full range of Human Resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, HRIS maintenance, benefits administration, and enforcing company policies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to hiring, in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure skill and competency alignment.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and training sessions.
- Maintain and oversee HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, system access management, and providing user support and troubleshooting.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, manage personnel files, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Support the administration of the performance management program, ensuring timely and accurate reviews.
- Assist in handling employee discipline, including investigations as directed.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, qualifying events, COBRA, and compliance with renewal processes.
- Audit monthly premium statements for accuracy and follow up with carriers for credits as needed.
- Provide assistance to employees with benefit inquiries and claims.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, HRIS administration, and employee relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in record-keeping.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service orientation.
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist as needed.
