Overview of the Role:
As the Human Resource Generalist/Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR activities, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering talent acquisition and management. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting employee development and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- HRIS Management: Oversee HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and providing user support.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including enrollments, renewals, and compliance.
- Employee Relations: Support performance management, counseling, and disciplinary processes.
- Compliance and Policy: Maintain HR policies, ensure personnel file accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
- Employee Support: Provide exceptional support for employee inquiries, claims, and HR-related matters.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in HR roles, with experience in recruitment, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
