You will be responsible for the following:
- Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
- Answer all in-bound phone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
- Answers basic customer inquiries. Refers more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.
- Serves as clerical back-up to other departments.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Other duties as assigned
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Have a valid driver's license with good driving record
- High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
- Top customer satisfaction skills required
- Ability to multi-task
- Willing to train. Experience a plus!
Pay: $17/hour
