JOB SUMMARY: Provide customers of The Provision Caf with excellent customer service and quality products in a Christ-centered, friendly, upbeat and clean environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, offering to help, explaining menu and options, and accurately take orders.
  • Properly and promptly prepare food and beverages in accordance with The Provision Caf standards.
  • Ability to clearly communicate knowledge about daily menu availability and pricing, ingredients and preparation techniques for all food and beverages served.
  • Perform cleaning tasks following health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in general organization and daily operations of all areas associated with The ProvisionCaf.
  • Replenish supplies as required.
  • Ability to open/close The Provision Caf.
  • Efficiently and accurately operate cash register.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
  • Support the Senior Pastor and all other church staff.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Barista experience using a semi-automatic espresso machine.
  • Food Service experience.
  • ServSafe certification.
REASONING ABILITIES/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • While performing duties of this job, employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule form.
