Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the GPM team! The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks and support to the Region Operations Manager and Divisional Vice President.

Pay rate: $16/hr
Responsibilities:- Assist the Marketing team with multiple projects as requested such as store mailings, signage,
filing, data entry and running reports. - Maintain and update Marketing departments documentation and databases as needed.
- Contracts:
- Assist Marketing team with getting Contracts through signing process.
- Keep the online contract database up to date by adding new contracts, updating
agreements, update tags and add tags as needed.
- Maintain and organize multiple calendars for the Marketing department as requested.
- Make travel arrangements for Marketing team as requested.
- Send signage out to stores as requested.

- DOT Highway Signs:
- Work with multiple State DOT representatives in acquiring new highway signs as
requested by Operations team

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency and experience using Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with computers, printers, and faxes
- Entry level position -Marketing experience a plus but not necessary.
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and work on multiple projects at once.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all departments at all levels
