Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a go-getter Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
  • Handle internal and external inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare and distribute documents and reports accurately.
  • Oversee office operations and maintain supplies.
  • Assist in planning and executing events and meetings.
  • Support projects and ensure timely task completion.
  • Maintain databases and filing systems.
  • Proactively address administrative issues.
  • Handle sensitive information discreetly.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in an administrative role
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management
  • Excellent communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
